About Presentation Aaram

Presentation Aaram is an Institution for the elderly and aged persons organized and run by the Sisters of Visitation Congregation of Alleppey (S.V.C). It is located at Kalavoor, a beautiful village in the district of Alleppey. Kalavoor is only 9km away from Alleppey town to the North and just close to NH 47.

Sr. Rose Celestin is in charge of Aaram who has been rendering her service from 2016. We have 6 sisters, 10 staff members to provide assistance and 24 inmates to our Credit.

Our Religious Congregation is known as SISTERS OF VISITATION CONGREGATION OF ALLEPPEY (S.V.C.), founded at Kattoor in the Diocese of Alleppey by V.Rev. Fr. Sebastian L.C. Presentation a holy and foresighted diocesan priest on 1924.

Our Founder  V.Rev. Fr. Sebastian L.C. Presentation

Rev.Fr. Sebastian LC Presentation was born in the noble 'presentation' family at Kattoor on August 10th 1867. After completing the formal education from Leo x111 school, Alappuzha. He had his higher studies in Priesthood in Goa. In 1893 he was ordained as a Diocesan Priest from the famous Rashol Seminary, Goa.
